Mr. Lawrence LaRue, Secretary/Treasurer and director of our Company,
died in October 2003, and he was responsible for the preparation of our
financial statements. Therefore, the Company is in the process of completing
its unaudited financial statements for the period ended October 31, 2003, and
believes that the subject Quarterly Report will be available for filing on or
before December 19, 2003.
