On August 4, 2011, we announced we will participate in the Tuohy Brothers Natural Gas Infrastructure and Production One-on-One Conference on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, in New York City.  A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. 
 
John W. Gibson, chairman, president and chief executive officer of ONEOK, Inc. and ONEOK Partners GP, L.L.C., the sole general partner of ONEOK Partners, L.P., will be conducting a series of one-on-one meetings with members of the investment community.
 
The materials utilized at the conference will be accessible on the ONEOK and ONEOK Partners websites, www.oneok.com and www.oneokpartners.com, on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, beginning at 7 a.m. Central Daylight Time.
