On December 18, 2009, Tier Technologies, Inc., or Tier, announced it will hold its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time at the Sheraton Reston located at 11810 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, Virginia 20191.  Stockholders of record at the close of business on February 9, 2010 are entitled to notice of, to attend and to vote at the annual meeting.
