The Registrant requires additional time to review and complete the Form 10-KSB because audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2004 need to be finalized. The Registrant will file its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB as soon as possible, and in any event no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date for such report.
