Systems Corporation files this Form 8-K to correct a misfiling by its filing
agent. The filing agent incorrectly filed a draft Form 8-K/A on November 16,
2001 and then filed the correct Form 8-K/A later the same day. The Securities and Exchange Commission has
agreed to delete the incorrect filing.
