Appointment of Principal Officers
(d) On October 27, 2004, Dr. Martin Jischke was elected to the Board of Directors of Duke Realty Corporation to fill the vacancy created by the recent departure of Gene Zink. Dr. Jischke will serve on the Finance Committee and the Executive Compensation Committee.
