State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

 

The Labor Ready, Inc. 401(k) Plan (the “Plan”) is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 11-K within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense.  The delay is primarily attributable to the inability of Labor Ready, Inc. and the Plan’s trustee to timely gather the information required to prepare and audit the financial statements of the Plan for the year ended December 31, 2004.  The Plan also changed auditors during the year ended December 31, 2004.  The Plan expects to file the Form 11-K on or before the fifteenth (15th) calendar day following the prescribed due date for the Form 11-K.
