5.02(b)	APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS
	On October 11, 2005, Dr. John Televantos resigned as President of Hercules’ Aqualon Division. His resignation from Hercules Incorporated will be effective October 31, 2005. A global search (including internal and external candidates) will be conducted for a new President of the Aqualon Division. An announcement will be made soon regarding leadership of the Aqualon Division during the time the search is under way.
