Acquisition of Via Training, LLC
On October 9, 2007, GP Strategies Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“the Company”), announced that it completed the acquisition of Via Training, LLC, a custom e-learning sales training company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
