On October 18, 2013, Traci M. Dolan, a member of Steel Dynamics, Inc.’s board of directors and a member of the Company’s Audit Committee, was appointed as Acting Chair of the Audit Committee, following the untimely death this week of board member and existing Audit Committee Chair, James A. Trethewey.
