As a first-time large accelerated filer, Plug Power Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K (the “Report”) for the year ended December 31, 2014 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company has experienced unforeseen delays in collecting, compiling and finalizing certain financial and other related data necessary to complete the Report, particularly data relating to a substantially higher level of complex customer transactions. The Report will be filed on or before the 15th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
