Item 8.01 Other Events
On March 24, 2015, ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. (“ARC”) issued a press release announcing that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock. In addition, ARC intends to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
