Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”) and incorporated herein by reference is the text of a speech to be given by Jeffrey Olson, Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer of Urban Edge Properties (the “Company”), during an investor tour of certain of the Company’s properties on September 15, 2015.  Attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference is a copy of a presentation to be provided to the participants of the tour in conjunction with Mr. Olson’s speech.  A copy of the presentation is also available on the Company’s website (www.uedge.com).  This Form 8-K is being filed prior to the start of Mr. Olson’s speech and the distribution of the presentation, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation FD.
