On March 27, 2008 Southwall Technologies Inc. (the “Registrant’) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2007.  A copy of such press release of the Registrant is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
