(1) On April 4, 2006, VendingData Corporation granted Mr. Zee an option to purchase 100,000 shares of its $.001 par value common stock at $2.48 per share pursuant to its 1999 Stock Option Plan. The options vest over three years, with 33,400 option shares vesting on April 7, 2007, 33,300 option shares vesting on April 7, 2008, and the remaining 33,300 option shares vesting on April 7, 2009.
