On July 18, 2008, the board of directors of Digirad Corporation revised the charter of its Audit Committee.

The revised Audit Committee charter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is also available on the Company’s website at http://www.digirad.com. The contents of the Company’s website are not part of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
