Item 7.01.
Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 22, 2009, China Fire & Security Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has entered into a contract worth approximately US$9.4 million with Jinan Iron & Steel for fire protection turn-key solutions.

A copy of the new release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
