Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On April 21, 2015, Golub Capital BDC, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has updated its scheduled earnings conference call and release date of its financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2015.

 

Golub Capital BDC, Inc. will report its financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2015 on Monday, May 11, 2015 after the close of the financial markets.

 

Golub Capital BDC, Inc. will host an earnings conference call at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 to discuss the quarterly financial results. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
