On November 15 2018, Precipio, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing third quarter 2018 corporate update call for its stockholders. As noted in the press release, management will host a business update conference call where management will provide a strategic business update and will respond to questions submitted in advance via email initiatives on Monday 19, 2018, at 5:00pm Eastern Time. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
