 Remarks: In connection with the company's initial public offering, Mr. Hannan filed a Form 3 and disclaimed beneficial ownership of shares of the company's common stock that was held by AIC Co-Investors, LLC (which was less than 1% of the company's common stock outstanding as of June 12, 2009), except to the extent of his pecuinary interest in AIC Co-Investors, LLC.  On February 10, 2010, AIC Co-Investors was dissolved and the shares of the company previously disclaimed by Mr. Hannan were transferred from AIC Co-Investors, LLC to the John J. Hannan Family Trust dated 9/30/92, Judith Hannan, Trustee.  No price was paid for the shares as part of the transfer.  As a result of this transfer, Mr. Hannan now has indirect beneficial ownership of 69,782 shares of common stock of the company. |
