(1) | 1/48th of the option award shall vest every month for 48 months on the last day of each calendar month commencing February 29, 2012; provided, however, that if the one-year anniversary of the Reporting Person's first date of employment with the Issuer (December 16, 2011) shall not have occurred on the grant date, the options subject to this grant that would otherwise vest during the first year of employment shall not vest on a monthly basis during the first year of employment, but shall accrue monthly at the same rate, and then vest on such one-year anniversary. |
