Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On October 10, 2005, Tempur-Pedic International Inc. issued a press release announcing that on October 7, 2005 a complaint was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. The complaint is a purported class action and names the company and certain of its officers and directors as defendants. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
