On November 29, 2005, TiVo Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended October 31, 2005 and released a slide presentation for TiVo Inc.’s third quarter earnings conference call. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and a copy of the slide presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report.
