On May 28, 2008, TiVo Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended April 30, 2008 and released FY09 Q1 Key Financial Metric Trend Sheets for TiVo Inc.’s first quarter earnings conference call. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and a copy of the FY09 Q1 Key Financial Metric Trend Sheets is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report.
