(b) Departures of Principal Officers

On September 4, 2008, Ian Palmer, Executive Vice President of Satellite Sales, advised KVH Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will resign from his position to pursue another opportunity, effective the close of business September 19, 2008. His resignation is not due to any disagreements with the Company.
