Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 29, 2009, Infinera Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 27, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
