This Form 8-K/A is filed by ADA-ES, Inc. to correct Item 7.01 which originally reported a simultaneous live webcast of ADA-ES, Inc.’s presentation at the Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference in New York, NY. The presentation will not be presented simultaneously on the Company’s website at www.adaes.com.
