On April 22, 2010, Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing the execution of a letter of intent with DMI BioSciences, Inc., pursuant to which the Company expects to acquire DMI BioSciences, Inc. in a share exchange. A copy of the Companys press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
