On November 18, 2010, members of the management team of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (the Company) will host a presentation for investors and analysts in Milan, Italy at 12:00 p.m. (Milan time). A copy of the Companys slide presentation for such meeting is furnished and not filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
