On September 25, 2018, The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation (the Company) issued a press release announcing that it had established a record date of September 28, 2018, and a meeting date of November 7, 2018, for a special meeting of its stockholders to, among other things, consider and vote on a proposal to adopt the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of August 8, 2018, by and among the Company, Star Parent, L.P. and Star Merger Sub, Inc.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
