On April 20, 2010, mPhase Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") a New Jersey corporation, announced that it has successfully bonded a glass reservoir, capable of holding various electrolytes to a micro fluidic structured layer of its Smart Nano Battery, as part of the packaging and assembly phases of the project.
