DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI LIMITED
In terms of JSE Listings Requirement 3.63, AngloGold Ashanti gives notice that AngloGold Ashanti has on behalf of an executive director of the Company purchased AngloGold Ashanti shares, after receiving clearance to do so as required by the JSE Listings Requirement 3.66.
In terms of the Company’s retention cash bonus, the Company converted the Executive’s retention cash bonus for the period from March 2013 to August 2014, to be delivered in AngloGold Ashanti restricted ordinary shares, for a period of five years or termination of employment with AngloGold Ashanti.
