On March 1, 2010 we completed the previously announced acquisition of Absolute Equipment Solutions, Inc. by our wholly-owned subsidary, Mitcham Canada, Ltd.

The terms of the transaction are described in our Current Report on Form 8-K filed on February 25, 2010 which is incorporated herein by reference.
