Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On January 15, 2009, James H. Lytal gave notice of his resignation as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Products GP, LLC, our wholly-owned subsidiary and the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”), effective immediately. The Partnership and Mr. Lytal remain in discussions with respect to the terms of his departure.
