On June 18, 2018, Park City Group, Inc. (the "Company") announced that MarketPlace, ReposiTrak's unique vendor sourcing platform, is on track to generate close to $1 million in revenue for the quarter ending June 30, 2018. A copy of the Company's press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
