(1) The reported stock is held of record by Meadville Holdings Limited but is beneficially owned by Tang Hsiang Chien by virtue of his ownership interest in Meadville. Tang Hsiang Chien holds his ownership interest in Meadville in his capacity as the trustee of The Mein et Moi Trust (a discretionary trust established for the benefit of the family of his eldest son, Mr. Tang Ying Yen, Henry) and through Su Sih (BVI) Limited and Top Mix Investments Limited, both of which are wholly owned by Tang Hsiang Chien.
(2) Each of Tang Hisang Chien, Su Sih (BVI) Limited and Top Mix International Investments Limited disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities owned of record by Meadville Holdings Limited, except to the extent of their respective pecuniary interests therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all the reported securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purposes.
