On 6/1/12 and 6/1/13 2,500 shares will become unrestricted; on 2/17/13, and 2/17/14 531 shares will become unrestricted and on 2/17/15 532 shares will become unrestricted; on 2/16/13, 2/16/14, 2/16/17 937 shares will become unrestricted and on 2/16/18 939 shares will become unrestricted; on 2/16/18, 2/16/19, 2/16/20, 2/16/21 and 2/16/22 7,000 shares will become unrestricted.
