On January 24, 2016, each of Alex Roetter and Kevin Weil notified Twitter, Inc. (“Twitter”) that he was stepping down as Senior Vice President, Engineering and Senior Vice President, Product, respectively, of Twitter, effective as of February 4, 2016 and January 29, 2016 respectively.
