Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 14, 2016, Energizer Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share on its Common Stock, payable on December 15, 2016 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2016. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
