VistaGen Therapeutics, Inc.
(the “Company”) today began utilizing a new corporate
presentation. A copy of the Corporate Presentation is attached
hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Report on Form 8-K, including the information set

Item 8.01 Other Items.
The Company today announced topline results from an
exploratory clinical study of AV-101 as a monotherapy in patients
with treatment-resistant depression (“TRD”). The 19-patient study was sponsored and
conducted by the U.S National Institute of Mental Health
(“NIMH”). A copy of the press release is attached
to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit
99.2.
