On January 22, 2004, Iomega Corporation announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2003 in a press release entitled, "Iomega Reports 2003 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results". The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.7 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
