On May 26, 2009 , CCFNB Bancorp, Inc. entered into a Supplemental Executive Retirement Benefit Agreement with Paul K. Page, Chief Lending Officer of First Columbia Bank & Trust Co., Subsidiary of CCFNB Bancorp, Inc.
