Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago Industries) is filing herewith a press release issued on December 10, 2009, as Exhibit 99.1 which is included herein. The press release was issued to report that on December 17, 2009, Winnebago Industries anticipates announcing its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2010 ended November 28, 2009.
