Ltd., or Bezeq, a 30.44%-owned subsidiary of B Communications Ltd., the
Registrant's controlled subsidiary, filed with the Israel Securities
Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, announcing that on May 24,
2010, Bezeq's subsidiary, Pelephone Communications Ltd., was served
with a lawsuit and a motion to certify the lawsuit as a class action
against it and three other cellular operators, dated May 24, 2010.
