As per the public announcement sent to Istanbul Stock Exchange on April 28, 2008 by Cukurova Holding A.S.; Cukurova Holding A.S. has sold 90,200,000 shares to JP Morgan Securities Ltd. for sale to foreign investors. Accordingly, along with the circulation of such shares with a nominal value of TRY90,200,000, Turkcell's free float has increased to 33.48% from 29.38%.
