INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are (1) the audited consolidated financial statements of Bulk Energy Transport (Holdings) Limited ("BET") as of December 31, 2008 and 2007, and for the years ended December 31, 2008 and 2007 and for the period from December 18, 2006 (inception of BET) to December 31, 2006, and (2) unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements of BET for the periods ended June 30, 2009 and 2008.  Also included in Exhibit 99.1 are the notes to such audited consolidated financial statements and unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements.
