On August 31, 2007, Water Chef, Inc. (the "Company") received a letter
of resignation from Dr. Ronald W. Hart resigning from his position as a
member of the Company's Board of Directors. On September 5, 2007, John J.
Clarke, Jr. resigned from his position as a member of the Company's Board of
Directors.
On September 5, 2007, Doron Grupper and Terry Lazar were appointed as
members of the Company's Board of Directors.
