Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 14, 2005, Leap Wireless International, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2005. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
