Pechiney announces the following advisers :
BNP PARIBAS, GOLDMAN SACHS, JP MORGAN, ROTHSCHILD & Cie,
in order to defend itself against Alcan's unsolicited public offer.
Pursuant to article 7 of the COB Rule book n. 2002-04, this press release
