Item 5.02		Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

GMAC LLC today announced that Michael Rossi, Chairman of Residential Capital, LLC (ResCap), has resigned for medical reasons effective March 17, 2008. No immediate replacement has been appointed. James Jones will continue to serve as ResCap Chief Executive Officer.
